Laurie is the slimmest cake maker I know, the reason why......there is never any cake left to eat!

Laurie is another long-time friend of mine, meeting so long ago I can't even remember when. Having built her business up all by herself she continues to strive to be the best in her field.

Her style for wedding cakes, I would say, is more traditional and stylish, however, she loves a challenge and being pushed out of her comfort zone and always manages to "pull it off". I have challenged her before with a monkey cake, Toy Story cake, and most recently a garbage truck cake!! Obviously not for weddings, but that's not to say you can't have a themed wedding cake if that's what you want, why not?

Being so creative Laurie is also called upon by the wedding planners here in Lanzarote for handwritten boards. Think table plans, welcome boards/mirrors, name places, the list goes on.
